363ph Terms & Conditions – Platform Rules for Players

1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using the 363ph platform at 363ph.vu, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full. These Terms constitute the complete and binding agreement between you and 363ph regarding your use of the platform.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not register an account, deposit funds, or use any service offered through the 363ph platform. Continued use of the platform after any update to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised version.

2 Eligibility

To register and use the 363ph platform for real-money gaming, you must meet all of the following requirements:

• You are at least 21 years of age.
• You are accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where use of online gaming platforms is not prohibited under applicable local law.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative for any other person.

363ph reserves the right to request documentation confirming eligibility at any time. Accounts found to have been registered by ineligible persons will be closed and any balances forfeited in accordance with applicable procedures.

3 Account Registration and Use

Each eligible person may hold one registered account on the 363ph platform. Creating multiple accounts is prohibited. If duplicate accounts are identified, all accounts associated with the same individual may be suspended and balances may be forfeited pending review.

When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information. Providing false or misleading information during registration is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension.

You are responsible for all activity conducted under your account. You must:

• Keep your login credentials confidential and not share them with any other person.
• Log out of your account at the end of each session, particularly on shared or public devices.
• Notify 363ph player support immediately if you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation.
• Ensure that all contact details on your account remain accurate and up to date.

363ph will not be liable for any loss arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.

KYC Identity Verification: Before your first withdrawal is processed, you must complete identity verification using a valid Philippine government ID — passport, driver's licence, or national ID. This is a one-time process. Accounts that fail to complete KYC will not have withdrawal access. 363ph reserves the right to request additional verification documents at any time.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

All deposits and withdrawals on the 363ph platform are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP). The available deposit and withdrawal methods are those listed in the cashier section of your account at the time of transaction. These may include Philippine online banking, direct bank transfers, and local e-wallets.

Credit cards and cryptocurrency are not accepted as payment methods for deposits or withdrawals on the 363ph platform.

• Deposits: Funds are credited to your account balance once the deposit transaction is confirmed through the selected payment channel. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts may apply and are shown in the cashier.
• Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification (KYC) having been completed. Processing times vary by payment method. Minimum withdrawal amounts may apply.
• Currency: No currency conversion applies. Your account balance, all bets, and all game credits are denominated in PHP throughout.
• Account Holder Match: Withdrawals may only be processed to a bank account or e-wallet held in the same name as the verified 363ph account. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted.

363ph reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal, particularly where unusual account activity is detected or where the withdrawal amount is above standard thresholds.

5 Betting and Gaming Rules

All bets placed and game rounds initiated on the 363ph platform are subject to the applicable game-specific rules, which are available within each game section. These Terms apply alongside those specific rules.

• Once a bet has been confirmed, it cannot be amended or cancelled unless the specific game or betting rules explicitly permit it.
• In the event of a technical fault, disconnection, or system error during a game round or betting event, 363ph reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the relevant account balances.
• Bets placed after the start of a sporting event, where pre-match markets were intended, may be voided at 363ph's discretion.
• Sports betting odds, live casino rules, slot game mechanics, and eBingo session rules are all subject to change. The version in effect at the time a bet or game round is initiated applies.
• Any attempt to exploit system errors, use automated betting software, or engage in collusion to gain an unfair advantage is prohibited and will result in account suspension and forfeiture of associated balances.

6 Promotions and Bonuses

363ph may offer promotions, bonuses, or other rewards to registered players from time to time. Any such offer is subject to specific terms that will be communicated alongside the promotion at the time it is offered. No bonus or promotional terms are created or implied by these general Terms & Conditions.

• Promotions are available only to eligible registered players and are subject to the specific eligibility and wagering conditions stated in the promotion details.
• 363ph reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Attempts to abuse promotional offers — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer — will result in account suspension and forfeiture of all associated bonus funds.
• Promotion details, including any applicable wagering requirements, time limits, and eligible games, are defined on a per-promotion basis. 363ph does not guarantee any specific bonus amount, cashback rate, or promotional period as a standing commitment.

7 Responsible Gaming

363ph is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment for all registered players. All gaming on the platform involves real money and genuine financial risk. No outcome is guaranteed and no gaming strategy ensures a profit.

By registering and using the 363ph platform, you confirm that:

8 Account Suspension and Termination

363ph reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its discretion. Circumstances that may lead to account action include but are not limited to:

• Breach of any section of these Terms & Conditions.
• Provision of false, misleading, or unverifiable registration information.
• Failure to complete or pass KYC identity verification.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, chargebacks, or unauthorised payment transactions.
• Attempted exploitation of platform errors, bonuses, or promotional offers.
• Use of automated software, scripts, or bots in connection with any game or betting function.
• Evidence of collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage.
• Account holder found to be under the age of 21 at the time of registration.

You may request account closure at any time by contacting 363ph player support. Where an account is closed at your request, any remaining verified balance will be processed for withdrawal subject to standard KYC and payment verification requirements.

9 Limitation of Liability

363ph provides the platform on an "as available" basis. While we make reasonable efforts to ensure the platform operates consistently and reliably, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free operation at all times.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 363ph will not be liable for:

• Any loss of funds resulting from your failure to secure your account credentials.
• Technical failures, disconnections, or outages caused by factors outside our reasonable control.
• Losses arising from your reliance on information or odds displayed on the platform where a demonstrable technical error has occurred and bets have been voided accordingly.
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential financial losses arising from your use of or inability to access the platform.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud or for any matter that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

10 Changes to These Terms

363ph reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. When changes are made, the "Last updated" date at the top of this page will be revised. Material changes may be communicated to registered players via the contact details on their account.

Your continued use of the 363ph platform after any change to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the updated Terms, you must stop using the platform and contact player support to request account closure.
