Head to the Register page and fill in your full name, Philippine mobile number, email address, chosen username, and a secure password. You will receive a one-time password (OTP) on your mobile number to confirm your identity. The whole process typically takes under three minutes. You must be at least 21 years old to register.

No. Each person may hold only one registered account. Duplicate accounts are a breach of the 363ph Terms & Conditions and may result in all associated accounts being suspended. If you have lost access to a previous account, contact player support at [email protected] before attempting to register a new one.

You must be at least 21 years old to register and use the 363ph platform for real-money gaming. Age is confirmed during the KYC verification process using a valid Philippine government ID. Accounts found to belong to persons under 21 will be closed and any balance may be forfeited in line with our Terms & Conditions.

Bets are settled once the official result of the event is confirmed. Settlement timings depend on the sport and the market type — most sports bets are settled the same day the event concludes. Winnings are added to your PHP account balance automatically after settlement. You can track the status of all open and settled bets from your account's betting history dashboard.
